Once all the research and touring and preparations for buying a home have been completed, the big question is always, "How much should we offer on this home?"

This video gives some tips and insights on how to properly write a strong offer.

Important points:

 (1) Obtain as much information about the property and the seller as you can.

(2) Use as much leverage as you're able.

(3) Consider yourself from the seller's perspective - are you the type of buyer they most want?

(4) Offer what YOU want to pay for the property, considering points (1), (2), and (3)
