Do you need a Realtor to buy a house?

This is a question that oftentimes comes to mind. The quick answer: Yes, you do need an agent, but only if they're a great one.

3 recent open house visitors told me that they do NOT need a real estate agent and the reasons they gave were interesting:

(1) I already know the values in the neighborhood

(2) I want to save money

(3) Realtors are a pain in the ass

These reasons were so interesting that I thought they deserved a video response. Their reasons are not exactly right, but they're also not exactly wrong, either.
