IJust recently I had a buyer tell me, "we're going to use a bunch of agents so we can keep our options open." I've also heard "we'll use the agent who brings us the right house."

These are terrible ideas and there are 4 reasons why:

(1) Everyone sees the same inventory

(2) There are lots of loser agents

(3) You'll get minimal effort

(4) Misaligned agendas

Bottom line: find a good agent and have them go to work for you to find the right house!
